Stir-fried Noodles

200g     Noodles
100g      Ham
50g       Yellow chive
4 pcs     Chinese mushroom

1 tbsp  Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp   Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavored Superior Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp  Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce

1.   Slice yellow chive, Chinese mushroom, and ham.
2.   Cook noodle in boiling water till tender. Rinse under cold running water. Drain well.
3.   Heat the pan with oil, fry Chinese mushroom, and add in ham.
4.   Stir in noodle and yellow chive, add in sauce, stir-fry for 1 min and dish up.
